With a completed project tracked through the BouwData methodology, you can inquire about the exact cost of items such as the climate control system in the operating rooms.

BouwData integrates existing norms and standards through 9 agreement systems into a functional and field-tested process. This involves ISO 12006-2, ISO 19650-1&2, RIBA plan of work, EN 15221-4&6, NEN2699 / ICMS, and classification systems such as SfB, CCS, Uniclass, and Omniclass.

How do we do it?

The triunity of the BouwData working methodology enables a smooth construction process with benefits for every stakeholder:

CLIENT & FUTURE BUILDING OWNER: clear and reliable link between the progress of the works and payments. Delays are quickly detected because the status of the project is also graphically presented every month.

CONTRACTOR: gets paid when deploying personnel, including in the creation of BIM models and thorough work preparation to reduce failure costs, seek optimizations, and decrease on-site lead time. Additionally, progress invoices are processed within 24 hours after submission of the work diary by us, the client assistant.

DESIGNER: is completely relieved of the monthly progress invoice process, allowing more time to monitor the quality of works on site.

2. EVM
Earned Value Management means prioritizing the logic of the contractor over that of other stakeholders during execution. Through work packages, you gain insight into the link between monthy progress invoices and planning! And by implementing a “ticket system” for every suspected change, you keep the process moving forward!
3. Transparantie
The BouwData working methodology requires the contractor to share cost and time information regarding three aspects with the other stakeholders: work preparation, project management, and the total cost of site setup.
