With over 50 years of combined experience, we also guide inexperienced future building owners through the entire process. We take care of the administration and financial control for all partners. For example, monthly progress reports & invoices are managed by us and are available to all parties within 24 hours. With a completed project tracked through the BouwData methodology, you can inquire about the exact cost of items such as the climate control system in the operating rooms.

How do we do it?

CLIENT & FUTURE BUILDING OWNER: clear and reliable link between the progress of the works and payments. Delays are quickly detected because the status of the project is also graphically presented every month.
CONTRACTOR: gets paid when deploying personnel, including in the creation of BIM models and thorough work preparation to reduce failure costs, seek optimizations, and decrease on-site lead time. Additionally, progress invoices are processed within 24 hours after submission of the work diary by us, the client assistant.
DESIGNER: is completely relieved of the monthly progress invoice process, allowing more time to monitor the quality of works on site.
